We survey individuals within your organization to assess how they feel about the current culture of your organization. Our survey is a 21 item, easily administered questionnaire that links participants responses to a simple but telling final statement: "The culture of the organization is as good as it should be."
Leaders are then able to "take the pulse" of the culture of the organization periodically by administering a culture index question quarterly. The assessment provides an ongoing framework for leaders to monitor changes in culture based on evolving strategies that guide the success of their teams and the direction of the company.
