Culture 360 Evaluation & Strategic Planning Process

We begin by first conducting one-on-one structured interviews to determine alignment of organizational culture as a driver of beliefs, culture, mission and strategy.  Stakeholder groups for interviews include boards, senior leadership, management and employees. 

 

This process is part of our broader Strategic Planning process, which works together as part of our overall Performance Through Culture methodology to provide a practical, measurable roadmap and framework for your organizations growth plan

 

The principal reason for a 360 examination of one or more members of the senior leadership team is to ensure alignment between the senior leader(s) and their teams.
