Paul Bruno is the founder and President of REFocus, Inc., a “High Performance Management” presentation, coaching and training firm located in Orlando, Florida. The company was founded in 1994.
Paul is a motivational speaker, a business/life coach, and author, with a distinguished record in delivering custom leadership and high performance management training and presentations.
Paul has written and published a variety of training seminars and workbooks in the areas of high performance management and strengths coaching. Before founding REFocus Inc. in 1994, Paul’s former career stops included sales and management positions with Pacific Telephone & Telegraph, the Xerox Corporation, and Wilson Learning. Over the years, his volunteer work included chairing Valencia Community College’s Business Advisory Council for The Center for Hi-Tech Training for Individuals With Disabilities, serving as a KAIROS prison ministry team leader, and working as a presenter and coach at North Carolina Works, an organization established to assist job-hunting professionals in their career transitions.
Paul has been happily married for 53 years to (the Reverend) Suzanne Bruno and is the proud father of Michael (50) and Kim (47). A long distance runner since 1977, Paul has logged over 20,000 miles on pavement and dirt roads all around the world. He is “budding artist and is currently building an inventory of oil paintings which he will be taking to the market place in 2019.
